Dr Tuki Attuquayefio

Associate Lecturer in Psychological Science

Biography

Tuki completed his PhD at Macquarie University testing the effects of unhealthy diets on memory and obesity. He then worked at the University of Bristol looking at how eating behaviour and interoception are mapped in the brain. He then moved over the Yale University to test the effects of intranasal insulin on brain connectivity and cognition in adolescents with obesity. He moved back to Sydney to work as a Research Fellow at UNSW where he honed his skills in data science and machine learning in the field of aging and driving. Tuki has extensive experience working with industry and professional bodies which has provided research insight to required stakeholders resulting in published research, international conferences and building an emerging publication track record.
